ChibiChibi is a mysterious child who, as we later discover, carries an incense burner containing Princess Kakyuu, the lost princess sought after by the Sailor Starlights. ChibiChibi transforms into Sailor ChibiChibiMoon and assists Eternal Sailor Moon in defeating Galaxia, the series’ final villain. ChibiChibi is a shard of Sailor Galaxia, also known as the “Light of Hope.” In the manga, ChibiChibi transforms into Sailor Cosmos, a futuristic character. She went back in time to guide Eternal Sailor Moon and assist her in defeating Chaos.
